I respectfully disagree with you and your findings I find that the quality of this crate manufactured in ***, is poor workmanship I have shopped and looked at similar crates by other companies and they all are of a heavier gage steel or other metal, that a dog could simply not damage We do not crate our dog for long periods and she goes in without commands on her own, using it as her home and safe place in the home
To this extent, since you are refusing to make good and stand behind what you sell, I will never buy or refer any of my friends or family to buy any of your products Same on you!

Most manufacturer's of pet crates have them manufactured in [redacted] is a leader in manufacturing for many well-known, quality consumer products.  We have partnered with an excellent factory and are very satisfied with the quality of their work.
Our wire gauge is equal to or better than most leading manufacturers' wire pet crates in the industry.
We do stand behind our products.  We have a one year warranty against manufacturer's defects.  If there is a defect in the product or workmanship, we do replace the product.  In your case the damage was done by the pet.  Unfortunately, damage done by the pet is not covered under warranty.  You will find this is standard with a lot of pet products.

covered under warranty.  In this case, based on the images presented by the consumer, the dog created the damage.
A dog needs to be crate trained and want to be in a crate.  Rescue dogs often come from abusive situations where a crate could have been used as a form of punishment.  You just never know.  If a dog does not want to be in a crate, is somehow scared or is in the crate too long, the pet may try to escape.  While the steel wire is strong, the strength of a dog's jaw is very powerful.  If they want to pull at the wires, they can bend.  If you view the attached photos, it is clear that the damage was done by the pet and not a defect of the material or workmanship.
One of the main reasons we do not replace the wire crate in these cases is that the dog is going to continue the behavior of pulling on the wires to try to escape.  If a wire were to come loose or the dog tried to squeeze out of an opening, the dog could injure themselves.  It is best for the consumer to find some other form of containment, such as plastic kennel, or continue with the crate training.
