Precision Pet Products has been making wire crates since and are considered one of the industry experts We offer a one year warranty against manufacturer's defects If there is a defect found, we will replace the item at no charge If the damage is done by the pet, it is not covered under warranty In this case, based on the images presented by the consumer, the dog created the damage A dog needs to be crate trained and want to be in a crate Rescue dogs often come from abusive situations where a crate could have been used as a form of punishment You just never know If a dog does not want to be in a crate, is somehow scared or is in the crate too long, the pet may try to escape While the steel wire is strong, the strength of a dog's jaw is very powerful If they want to pull at the wires, they can bend If you view the attached photos, it is clear that the damage was done by the pet and not a defect of the material or workmanship One of the main reasons we do not replace the wire crate in these cases is that the dog is going to continue the behavior of pulling on the wires to try to escape If a wire were to come loose or the dog tried to squeeze out of an opening, the dog could injure themselves It is best for the consumer to find some other form of containment, such as plastic kennel, or continue with the crate training Please let me know if you have any further questions or comments for us We always appreciate feedback Sincerely, [redacted]
