Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The complete miss-representation of? Precision Plumbing's? response is unfortunateThe documents, WRITTEN? documents and WRITEN correspondences does NOT? support the claims made in your responseThe original scope of work was crystal clearYou, as in Precision Plumbing was unable or unwilling to complete the ORIGNAL SCOPE OF WORK period - nothing more needs to be saidIn addition your inference of code compliance is interesting, as AGAIN, our original and written scope of work included the requirement of code compliance and full approval of permits - Precision Plumbing did NOT fulfill that requirementSo, please don't try to claim some moral high ground - my experience with Precision Plumbing is far different! Furthermore, you nor any representative from Precision Plumbing provided us with this "additional proposal" to finish the work that you did not complete - it never happened, so there was NOTHING you were waiting on from usAnd to be clear, I was very specifically told to " [redacted] ***" - just so that you know how? your office staff is treating customers. We were only looking for two things:? A correction of the invoice and an? apology for being cussed outWe have received neither one so we formally reject? Precision Plumbing's response.? Sincerely, [redacted]

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2016/01/04) */ ***, I made my owner aware of the situation and we just would like to apologize for any inconvenienceWe at Precision Plumbing Solutions stand behind our workmanship and for any reason a customer is dissatisfied we take that very seriously After speaking with my owner regarding your concern, he has instructed me to refund your money to youWe will be mailing a refund check to you be the end of the weekAnd would like to say we appreciate your feedback and apologize

To begin, we started the job on 3/7/and finished on 3/18/We never said the job would take days to do the jobIt typically takes us about 1/- weeks to complete this kind of jobI, Jesse Ray, sat down with [redacted] on the 14th and explained if she needed us to work around her schedule or anything like that we would and she said she just wanted it doneWe bid this job originally on 9/25/so it wasn't like they were waiting on us to finish the job because we were holding them upI explained that the concrete was harder than but the dirt was even harder so it was going to take alot longer.I didn't say (like alot of other contractors do) that it was alot harder so we are going to need more moneyWe had hours total on this job because we had guys there multiple days trying to get it done faster It's odd [redacted] said I refused to fix the issues when on of their main issues what that the original concrete that we broke out was wavy, even though I explained that if they were going to tile typically tile guys float the concrete on a basement but I said I would be happy to rent a concrete sander and sand the concrete at no extra chargeWhich I had a guy do for hours but not at all surprising [redacted] was still not happy The next issue she has was the dust and concrete splatter got on some things which I understand even even though we tried and covered some things we let them know concrete dust could get everywhere and if they had anything of value to move it so they move it foot away from the walls where we were working onWe we assumed they were not worried about the dust but when I spoke to her husband I explained I would pay for a cleaning person to clean their whole basement but he wanted me to credit him $150.00, which I took it off of the billThe next problem is water, there is a basement full and I mean full of stuff and the basement leaks water and when we used the concrete sander and got a little on a couple of thingsBut we didn't flood the basementLast I saw theres a pool pump in the basement with water still running across the basementI also explained to Jim ( [redacted] 's Husband) that I would be willing to credit some money back for things that were wet, even though their basement leaked We did rough in a bathroom underground which I personally checked the measurements before and after the concrete and were perfectAs fas as us quitting I never quit [redacted] just decided even though I was doing everything possible and I was diligently working with her husband to fix everything they were not even though it cost me more moneyWe all wanted to quit, it wasn't a good atmosphere we were so uncomfortable from being yelled and cussed at about coming in and out of the door to get stuffSo we set a ladder up and just used a window in the basement to come in and out ofShe even mentioned once where we were lucky no on was shot because she has her ccwSo I guess you have both sides here nowI'm still willing to work this out if it is reasonableAbout the Marines, she never mentioned that to us because typically we would also give a military discountMost of my family, my father who started this business were in the military and we have even lost some family in the Marines The original bid was $5,and the only this we did not finish was thebattery back up sump pump which they told us not to do it so we billed $4,The original bathroom bid which included breaking concrete roughing in a bathroom and doing all the waterlines and drain the only thing we didn't do was run PEX waterlines and stub the sink drain over the customer was going to do all the rest we bid it for $2,we billed $1,which was super fair because all that is left is waterlines and one drain

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response from the company is not honest and not based on the facts.? 1, We had the service from them on Aug4th, not Aug 16th as the response claimed (the credit card payment shown the date), and they do not know what they are talking about; 2, After we called them about the same problem came back in the middle of the Augand the Tech [redacted] stopped by (not Aug26, as response claimed)? and said we need to run the camera through the sewer system which we refused .? 3, We had another sewer company came on Aug26, and the tech solved the same problem without run camera through the sewer system (credit card payment as a evidence).? we will send you all supporting documents if required.? Thus, we paid for the service which did not solved the problem and again the company tried to get us unnecessary service and charge more Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I acknowledge that you told me it would be $175. But at no time did you explain that is the emergency rate or give me the option of a regularly scheduled appointment for $68. Fortunately, I haven't had to call a plumber in the past, so it was my assumption that $was the going rate for a house call. As I did not have an emergency, I would have scheduled the appointment for later for $had you informed me of that option. You also claim that you didn't receive 1,calls that week. Even if it was half of that, 500, that doesn't change the fact that I made one call to one plumber, you, and I recall the conversation very clearly. And yes, we did speak twice. Both times you claimed that I was lying; as you are here on Revdex.com. Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:
You claim I am not a customer but yet you took money out of his check stating that I am a customer. I have no idea what parts he bought (if any) on yours or your company credit card. You have not shown me proof of that. This was not on ***'s "own time" unless he stops working for you early in the afternoon. He came to my house during working hours, assuming he was working for you. The bid you gave me to come out and repair what he "installed incorrectly" - your words - was over $600.00. Even if someone had to replace two full spigots, $is an outrageous amount to charge someone, especially, on top of the $that I already paid and the money that you recovered from claiming I was your customer - when now you're saying I'm not. You seem to want to claim me as your customer to get money back for parts that you claim he took - but you don't want to claim me as your customer to fix what your employee broke. That's shady and shows your true character.
Sincerely,
*** ***

I am rejecting
this response because: your response simply isn't factual. Do you have a recording of the conversation? The plumber told me that due to the cold weather, you were fielding 225-calls per day, or approximately 1,calls a week when the weather was so cold. Are you claiming that you remember the conversation; out of 1,000? You took 1,calls. I made one call. My description of the call is accurate.Further, I did acknowledge that the cost would be $175, but at no time did you qualify me to see if I had an emergency, which I didn't, and offer a Monday appointment. It wasn't until the plumber was here and told me there was nothing he could do that the Monday appointment was scheduled; and later cancelled due to your failure to address my concerns. It's unfortunate that while most businesses give credence to the voice of their customers, your business practices dictate that the customer is lying. My request was fair, a return of the difference between an emergency visit and a normally scheduled visit. A difference of $107. However, you continue to claim that I am lying
Sincerely,
