We needed a new hot water heater and called Precision Plumbing and Heating for a quote Not only did they give us a fair price, they came back within a few days to install it Robin and Evan worked well together and were friendly, tidy and very thorough They made sure we understood what they were doing and how We will use Precision again and will always request the dynamic duo, Evan and Robin!

Mike was very nice, timely, knowledgeable and tolerant of all the interruptions and other activity going on at my house While Mike was here, he had to do a second repair on a furnace leak that was a new unit in As for the cost of the appt., I find PPH rather pricey

We are new to the Traverse City area and called Precision Plumbing and Heating for a new laundry sink installation, replace an outdoor faucet and replace a check valve We were given an estimate of the cost and how many days it would be until the service could be provided Robin called the morning of the scheduled appointment saying what time he would be at our house Robin was very professional and did a great job completing all the items we had asked I would highly recommend Precision Plumbing and Heating Systems for any of your plumbing and heating needs We will definitely call them for our next project
