1-21-15:
We are sending a tech out to attempt to fix the ladder/stairs to attic, I am going to attempt to get him out today. If for any reason he is not able to fix them himself, we will send someone else out and get them taken care of

In response to Mrs*** concern we were called out by her warranty company on September 2, and serviced on September 2, between one and five in the afternoon
The technician arrived and clear the stoppage at the kitchen SinkWe do not state nor advertise on any invoices that we warranty stoppages, as there are many causes of stoppages that may be unknownThese are determined on a case by case basis.
We did receive an additional work order from the warranty company on September 6, at PM the day after the holiday, that stated her sink was still backing upWe did have a delay in contacting me ***We were on day of a new system and had limited staff after the holiday weekendWe were working hard and after hours to catch up, however received a cancellation for Mrs *** at 6pm on September 7thLess than hours after she placed her recallWe apologize for the delay and will return your service feeThank you

This is untrueThe h/o called our office times on 7-11-of them prior to 8amHe was called back at amMr h/o was rude and obnoxiousI asked him for the reason of his delay as the install was done back on 3-25-and he never reported that the
wrong disposal was installedHe immediately got upset and stated that he already contacted our warranty company and ManagerI asked him to send pics and we would send out a techHe was offended that I asked him about the delay as it had been monthsI did tell him we would send out another tech and that the tech who had been out was my step sonHe was unhappy and declined, said that he would call our warrantyhours later we received a Revdex.com report from youweather or not a wrong disposal was installed the h/o would not allow us to send another person or send picsThe master plumber also contacted the h/o and he was again rude and declined to allow another tech to returnThe owner offered to go himselfThe h/o declinedUnfortunately, any efforts we have made to make this right if the wrong disposal was installed is not allowed by the h/o and therefore we are not able to do anything furtherThank you, please let us know if there is anything further we can do

To whom it may concern, 
 
Back in March 2016, our company went to his home. The technician explained to Mr. [redacted] that he had a 1/3 HP garbage disposal on his truck and that the office would have to reschedule a time and date to return to install a 1/2 that the [redacted] had at the time. The [redacted] declined and wanted it completed that day. The tech states he was intimidated and offered to install the 1/3 HP garbage disposal. Although, the [redacted] agreed to have the 1/3 garbage disposal installed the technician is not authorized to do this. The Master Plumber and Owner of Precision Plumbing contacted Mr [redacted] to apologize and tried to set an appointment to return to install the 1/2 HP garbage disposal. The [redacted] declined. Even though the [redacted] agreed to have the 1/3 HP installed, as a courtesy we reimbursed the $60.00 service fee. On an added note, we did ask the h/o for a picture of the garbage disposal, which he declined. We hope this helps satisfy the customer and apologize for any inconvenience. We are confident that we have made every effort to satisfy the customer. Thank you

We received a service request from [redacted] warranty company on 11-18-14.  We call and had tenant on schedule for 11-20-14.  Our service tech determined that the WH in attic needed a new thermo couple, we had to order and told them we would return when part came in.  On 11-28-14,...

tech went back out and replaced thermocouple, that did not solve the WH issues.  Tech recommended we replace the unitrol valve, part was ordered.  On 12-5-14, we returned again to install unitriol valve.  At was at this point that tech said the stairs broke.  He said it was normal wear and tear, nothing he did intentionally.   
12-8-14: mrs h/o called wanting something done about ladder to attic, explained that tech did not break intentionally, she said he went up the stairs like if he was in a hurry...offered to reimburse her s/f, she is upset, wants to speak to owner, tt [redacted] at OG, explained what happened, she will call contractor relations mgr & have them call us back(AM)
 
That was the last communication we had with homeowner and or warranty company.
 
Our tech did not intentionally break the steps to the stairs and we offered to reimburse her service fee (that ranges w/[redacted] from $60-$75) but she did not want that done.  There would be no reason for our tech to break intentionally, he said they were weak and old to begin with.

Complaint regarding Your Business #[redacted] we installed a water heater for this h/o. Allegedly we cracked his ceiling while doing the install. we sent out a remodeling technician to check repairs, at which point he reported that the cracks were not from a dropped water heater. They were from normal wear and tear of the house settling. We will reimburse the 60.00 service fee that the h/o paid as a deductible for their warranty.   Precision Plumbing Service, Inc Ph: 281-373-0123

The response from the business owner is untrue. His son installed a 1/3 hp instead of a 1/2 hp - see attached picture. I had originally objected to this but he told me if there were ever any issues, he would fix it. When I spoke with the business owners wife, she basically called me a liar and said her stepson would never do anything like that. The truth is, the business owners son installed a 1/3 hp disposal and then charged my home warranty company for a 1/2 hp. That is the truth.
I was not rude, I explained to the business owner that after being lied to and then called a liar, he was not welcome in my home. I was hoping for a positive outcome but it is obvious this business owner operates an unethical business based on fraud and lies. It is unethical practices like this that increase home warranty premiums. I would be very surprised if my home warranty company continues to use this contractor.
