For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Precision Pointing states they did as "per the contract states" but the contract clearly states "the pointing of chimney from the roofline up"! The definition of roofline is? ? "the outline or outer edge of a roof"! Again, I had several talks with Ryan about the roof leaking prior to hiring himI had five estimates for which Precision Point was the second highest but out whole reason with going with Precision Point was due to them advising and stating in the contract that they would do the brick to the roofline.? As for them now stating that this would've cost more if they were to do down to the roofline, this is why I thought? their? estimate was one of the higher estimates out of the ones I received! ? Response to complaint ID [redacted] Precision Pointing & Restoration Inc[redacted] called [redacted] the day the letter of complaint was receivedHe apologized to her aboutthe missed appointments [redacted] is in the process of selling her houseShe told [redacted] that if an issue arises from the stone steps she will call and we will do the repairsThe steps are made of flat stones and sit on top of dirtShifting is very common for these types of stone steps and we believe that is what happenedThey were laid level on the dirt but once the dirt settled they no longer were straightWe are waiting on [redacted] to let us know how to proceed.Thank you, [redacted] *** Vice President
