Mr [redacted] who filed this complaint has already tried this complaint several different ways He originally filed with the Revdex.com under complaint ID [redacted] , in which we were able to prove ourselves and it was dropped Mr [redacted] then tried to file a reversal through his credit card company, in which we were able to prove everything Mr [redacted] paid for was performed and the reversal was dropped Mr [redacted] then tried to turn this into his insurance company, [redacted] ***, stating that we "damaged his ATV!" We were floored, but were now onto Mr [redacted] and his attempt to illegally try to lie his way into an insurance claim I showed the [redacted] agent his track record and how he is trying to slander our company in an attempt to illegally get money and they turned the case around onto Mr [redacted] as a fraud case and dropped the claim of "damage" on our end Lastly, he turned us into the Missouri Attorney Generals office (didn't even know you could do that) in which we proved our case, and they were going to drop the case and investigate further into Mr*** Now, he is now trying to turn us into the Revdex.com one last time with lies and slander, all unwarranted Mr [redacted] brought his ATV into us to be fixed It was brought in to have the starter replaced The bike was in really bad shape and hadn't run in years So long that the fuel had varnished in the tank and carburetor A mouse had eaten the wiring harness and Mr [redacted] tried to fix that with wire and electrical tape We tried to sell Mr [redacted] a wiring harness and he claimed that the harness had been damaged for "years" and was perfectly fine We fixed the starter, and found an issue with a clutch component which we got approval on and replaced as well as a drive belt Mind you, every phone call to Mr [redacted] took 3-days to get a return phone call Once the starter was replaced and it and the clutch were in working order, the ATV had no spark We requested again to replace the wiring harness but Mr [redacted] turned that down There is no test for most of the electrical components other than to replace them with new So we got approval to replace the crank sensor first as it was the easiest and cheapest That did no fix it, so we moved onto the CDI (brain) and got approval to replace it as well Mr [redacted] was fully aware of all of this, and even stated if the parts we pulled off were not the issue he could sell them on ***slist and recoup some of the money back From here, we still had no spark, and now couldn't get ahold of Mr [redacted] for straight months After tons of calls the call that got his attention was a call stating that we were going to put a storage fee on the ATV and attempt to take ownership Mr [redacted] called back immediately, told us he hadn't called in months due to falling off a roof and getting hurt (mind you twice in this time his wife called back and asked who had called, told us Mr [redacted] would be calling us back...never once mentioning a roof accident) So I talked with Mr ***, he said he was out of money and wanted to pick up the ATV as is I stated that the fenders were completely off the bike as well as anything in the way to check the wiring harness because we were still in the process of waiting on his call back on parts to be replaced He said he had no money to pay for us to reinstall parts (which wouldn't have made sense to reinstall parts that would have to be taken back off to fix the issue that was still at hand) Never in years of business have I done this, but I made a note on the invoice that Mr [redacted] was picking up the ATV unfinished due to lack of funds Mr [redacted] signed it, picked up his ATV and his old parts as well as his fenders, etc and that was when everything started Mr [redacted] is a crook He paid for services rendered and ONLY serviced rendered, was NOT charged storage fees as he should have for the months his ATV stayed here without a phone call, and picked it up unfinished due to lack of funds and knowing 100% in full that everything that he paid for was done 100% The ATV was a wreck when it came in, and left here with the initial issue fixed, and the start of the secondary problem fixed The fuel system was never touched, so once it has spark again, that will still need to be fixed as wellAll ATVs are stored indoors here, which was asked in the complaint as well So in closing, the ATV was brought in here for service Service was performed More services were knowingly needed when ATV was picked up, but couldn't be performed due to lack of money If anything else is needed, I will be happy to provide it BTW, if Mr [redacted] tries in any way to state he didn't sign both this credit card receipt, nor the invoice, then you need to ask him for his ORIGINAL copy of his invoice that he received when he picked up his ATV The only invoice he will able to produce other than the one he signed will be an emailed .jpg image that he asked for BEFORE the ATV was picked up So if his invoice is just a printed image and not an ORIGINAL invoice you know why The only original invoice Mr [redacted] has is a signed invoice that I gave him just as I am showing you here

I thought the Revdex.com was used when you couldn't get an answer to a problem with a business? There is no unanswered problem, Mr [redacted] is fully aware of every step we have taken on this ATV. In this case the problem at hand is the customers lack of communication. What Mr [redacted] has failed to mention here...

is 3 of the 5 months has been us waiting on his lack of return calls. We have had numerous calls to Mr [redacted], of which take 3-5 days to get a call back. And as a matter of fact, when he turned this complaint into the Revdex.com, we were at 6 or so weeks since last hearing from him (5 phone calls to Mr [redacted] in between). The ONLY reason he turned this into the Revdex.com is because the last message we placed on his phone stated that he was being charged storage on the ATV. He then called back immediately. Mr [redacted] is complaining about the replacement of two electrical items on the ATV. Well, that is exactly the procedure to fix the issue at hand no matter who he brought the ATV to. The two electrical items which have been replaced, there is no test for (customer is fully aware of this) and in turn the only way to test them is to purchase new replacement parts. Let's add to this that the problem at hand with the ATV is not even what he brought the ATV in for. Mr [redacted] is more than welcome to come pick up the ATV or have us finish working on it. Either way we will be happy to work with him just as we have since the beginning. The fact that he turned us into the Revdex.com complaining about the time it has taken, when it is his own issues that has caused the delays really confuses us.

Customer brought in ATV due to being submerged in water to the handlebars. It sucked in water and bent a valve and caused damage to the rings. This required us to remove...

the upper end of the motor (cylinder, head, etc). The radiator was never removed nor would it ever have to be removed in this procedure. The hole [redacted] is referring to is at the front (facing out the front of the ATV) of the radiator, not the rear. All of the work done to this bike was done to the rear of the radiator. You could possibly have a case and say we accidentally hit it with a tool had the hole been at the rear of the radiator. [redacted] called and spoke with me and I told him this exact same thing, and he agreed as well. He agreed in full that there would be no reason for us to be in the front of that ATV for the work that was done and we got off the phone without question.
It was brought up in his wording that this was not found when the ATV was brought in, and that is true because the ATV came in without antifreeze so in no way would we of known of a hole until we filled the system and started it after all work had been finished. That's not negligence it's just how it goes because the issue was with the cylinder and valves and in no way had to do with the radiator in the first place.
[redacted] seems to be a decent level headed guy, and I'm sure he realizes this world is full of people pointing fingers but unable to take blame. This atv was submerged in water to the handlebars and offroaded as all ATVs are. The chance of an object coming through and puncturing the radiator is great with sticks, metal, debris, etc. Not to mention as said before we never even had to work in the area of the puncture. We feel bad that [redacted] has an issue but cannot in any way accept responsibility nor even see where there is a remote possibility we could have hit this with a tool on a side we were not even working. Had I even remotely felt I could be responsible I would gladly cover the part in question.

Mr [redacted] who filed this complaint has already tried this complaint several different ways.  He originally filed with the Revdex.com under complaint ID [redacted], in which we were able to prove ourselves and it was dropped.  Mr [redacted] then tried to file a reversal through his credit card...

company, in which we were able to prove everything Mr [redacted] paid for was performed and the reversal was dropped.  Mr [redacted] then tried to turn this into his insurance company, [redacted], stating that we "damaged his ATV!"  We were floored, but were now onto Mr [redacted] and his attempt to illegally try to lie his way into an insurance claim.  I showed the [redacted] agent his track record and how he is trying to slander our company in an attempt to illegally get money and they turned the case around onto Mr [redacted] as a fraud case and dropped the claim of "damage" on our end.  Lastly, he turned us into the Missouri Attorney Generals office (didn't even know you could do that) in which we proved our case, and they were going to drop the case and investigate further into Mr. [redacted].  Now, he is now trying to turn us into the Revdex.com one last time with lies and slander, all unwarranted.   Mr [redacted] brought his ATV into us to be fixed.  It was brought in to have the starter replaced.  The bike was in really bad shape and hadn't run in years.  So long that the fuel had varnished in the tank and carburetor.  A mouse had eaten the wiring harness and Mr [redacted] tried to fix that with wire and electrical tape.  We tried to sell Mr [redacted] a wiring harness and he claimed that the harness had been damaged for "years" and was perfectly fine.  We fixed the starter, and found an issue with a clutch component which we got approval on and replaced as well as a drive belt.  Mind you, every phone call to Mr [redacted] took 3-5 days to get a return phone call.  Once the starter was replaced and it and the clutch were in working order, the ATV had no spark.  We requested again to replace the wiring harness but Mr [redacted] turned that down.  There is no test for most of the electrical components other than to replace them with new.  So we got approval to replace the crank sensor first as it was the easiest and cheapest.  That did no fix it, so we moved onto the CDI (brain) and got approval to replace it as well.  Mr [redacted] was fully aware of all of this, and even stated if the parts we pulled off were not the issue he could sell them on [redacted]slist and recoup some of the money back.  From here, we still had no spark, and now couldn't get ahold of Mr [redacted] for 3 straight months.  After tons of calls the call that got his attention was a call stating that we were going to put a storage fee on the ATV and attempt to take ownership.  Mr [redacted] called back immediately, told us he hadn't called in 3 months due to falling off a roof and getting hurt.  (mind you twice in this time his wife called back and asked who had called, told us Mr [redacted] would be calling us back...never once mentioning a roof accident)  So I talked with Mr [redacted], he said he was out of money and wanted to pick up the ATV as is.  I stated that the fenders were completely off the bike as well as anything in the way to check the wiring harness because we were still in the process of waiting on his call back on parts to be replaced.  He said he had no money to pay for us to reinstall parts (which wouldn't have made sense to reinstall parts that would have to be taken back off to fix the issue that was still at hand).  Never in 15 years of business have I done this, but I made a note on the invoice that Mr [redacted] was picking up the ATV unfinished due to lack of funds.  Mr [redacted] signed it, picked up his ATV and his old parts as well as his fenders, etc and that was when everything started.   Mr [redacted] is a crook.  He paid for services rendered and ONLY serviced rendered, was NOT charged storage fees as he should have for the 3 months his ATV stayed here without a phone call, and picked it up unfinished due to lack of funds and knowing 100% in full that everything that he paid for was done 100%.  The ATV was a wreck when it came in, and left here with the initial issue fixed, and the start of the secondary problem fixed.  The fuel system was never touched, so once it has spark again, that will still need to be fixed as well. All ATVs are stored indoors here, which was asked in the complaint as well.   So in closing, the ATV was brought in here for service.  Service was performed.  More services were knowingly needed when ATV was picked up, but couldn't be performed due to lack of money.   If anything else is needed, I will be happy to provide it.   BTW, if Mr [redacted] tries in any way to state he didn't sign both this credit card receipt, nor the invoice, then you need to ask him for his ORIGINAL copy of his invoice that he received when he picked up his ATV.  The only invoice he will able to produce other than the one he signed will be an emailed .jpg image that he asked for BEFORE the ATV was picked up.  So if his invoice is just a printed image and not an ORIGINAL invoice you know why.  The only original invoice Mr [redacted] has is a signed invoice that I gave him just as I am showing you here.
