Attempted to rent a unit from Bruce L***, submitted my application and paid the fee, didn't hear back for several days, I had to eventually call and follow upI was then told that they posted the unit too soon and that it wasn't ready, I would be called back in a "few hours" with an approximate date in which the unit would be readyDidn't hear back by the end of the business day, so I called the next day and got the same story "i will call the maintenance guy and see when it will be ready", didn't hear backThey don't return phone calls in a timely manner, the communication is terrible along with the people who work at the businessThe main Broker, Doug S***, rude and wasn't of any more help than Bruce and his receptionist Sarah

To whom it may concern.
Ms. [redacted] called and asked about a property located at [redacted]. She was given the necessary info such as rent amount deposit and Administration Fee (Move in Funds) along with the documents we would need in order for her to rent from us. She advised us...

she wanted to rent the property we advised her if she wanted she could come in and put a holding fee which would go towards the NON refundable broker cost to guarantee it will be held for her. Ms. [redacted] came into the office spoke with myself and Kimberly and signed the deposit to reserve sheet. That document is only signed after the tenants are approved. We ONLY refund it, if for any reason we can no longer rent her the  home any longer. As Ms. [redacted] move in date approached she called in to the office and asked if we would keep the Power/utility under our name. We advised her at the time she signed the document she would need the account number prior to getting keys. So of course our answer was NO to her. Then Ms. [redacted] called the next day and asked us to keep it under our name for a week for her under our company name until she had the money to turn it on herself. We advised her that she had the option to wait till she was able to get the money to turn it on we would continue to hold the property for her. She was clearly upset and stated she no longer wanted the unit because we would NOT help her with the power. Our company policy is to go off of the signed document. Which she indeed signed for the fees please see attached. We were kind enough to release half of it to her but that is all we will be giving back to her at this time. We lost out on the opportunity to rent to another qualified tenant for over a week because we held up our part and kept the unit for her. She just did not hold up to her part that she clearly signed for.

I have nothing good to say about this company. Nothing will become good in your rental life if you ever rent from Precision and deal with [redacted]. She never comes to the property, she wont do repairs on time, she lets other tenants threaten you with no action. If you call the police she will back the one that pays her the fastest. She takes one certain person from the complex to try and belittle them enough to help her with all chores around the complex. Since I have been here in November of 2013, she has brought in people with drug problems, recent criminal problems, and if you say something she will go to your background and dig till she has something to use against you to shut up. She also uses drugs, so why tell on her people. She will call the owner and fabricate all and any kind of story to have you evicted if you try to stand up for your rights. Over all if one of the companies employees are like this, I am sure the rest is also. I am just saying when it comes to Precision Real Estate, watch your own back. Watch where they put you and do reviews on all your managers. She is has taught me this. If I didn't deal with the owner straight up at this point, I would be gone and so would a lot of other people here. Just remember the name, [redacted]. When you see this name. RUN-RUN-RUN THE OTHER WAY.

My family and I are current tenants with Precision Real Estate on 43rd ave and Olive, we were emailed other renters viable information: including ss#, bank account information, drivers license #, employement, and all of their personal account file. When contacting Precision to notify that I had received this thru my personal email, staff members were unconcerned, rude, and were told just to hung up the phone with me when a manager was requested. We feel that our concern is not being taken seriously and not sure how many others have received my file or how many others viable information has been comprimsed.
