Precision Remodeling and Decks

Our experience with Matt *** from Precision Remodeling was not good. He is not reliable and we would not recommend him. After 4 months our project never got started. He gave excuse after excuse, there are delays after delays, he cancels appointments at the last minute, reschedules and doesn’t show up as promised. We called Matt and reminded him of the appointment the night before , he said he would come over and then calls the next morning saying something came up and he can’t come over... again, again and again he does this. He was way over booked and took on new projects and always pushed our project to the bottom of the list. Which he admitted to! We lost trust in Mat and just wanted to be done with him. We discontinued our agreement with Precision Remodeling.
