On August 29th I ordered a blonde full lace wig 14” straight from the Nikki Nicole Hair Collection websiteI received an email that same day that my order # *** was received, and notified that processing and shipping can take up to daysOn September 5th I received my tracking information and on the USPS website it says “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item Chicago, IL 60608” It is now September 30th and I have still not received my package and my tracking information has not been updated since September 5th I have been emailing, sending direct messages to the owner on social media regarding this issue and still no responseI would like a full refund because this is ridiculous and it has been over a month since I ordered the wig
