Please see RED responses to each complaint below: Company was hired by our insurance company to repair a water damage issue, work was started and items torn out of house before repairs authorized by insurance Insurance company did not hire PRS to perform workPlease find attached 'Work Authorization' where customer authorizes PRS to perform work, both water damage and restoration Contractor does not have license to perform water restoration services as claimed I am a Licensed, Bonded and Insured General Contractor, please find attached documentation Work was performed unprofessionally, items were invoiced and not done All repairs were performed professionally, I only billed customer for the items completedPlease see attached documentationHighlighted items are items we performed Contractor threatened tenant to give him extra cash because he was short and he would pay her back - she is living there alone and he took keys to the house without authorization and never gave them backHe refused to complete the job without payment and then threatened us for payment which we didn't receive from the insurance company yet I never threatened the tenantPlease see attached text conversation photos for detailsI was supposed to go out and take video of the job but Marina told me there was no need for me to come out that she was going to inspect herselfI have key safely put away and drop into mail today Once inspection of his work was done the custom closet was completely ripped out and removed (valued at $2K) insurance only authorized inches on bottom to be removed Insurance did only authorize me to do any removalCustomer signed work authorization authorizing me to perform the work necessary to properly mitigate damages to her propertyThe was no way what so ever to only remove the bottom 10" of the closet packageI was a buiparticle board covered in laminate skinThese parts do not come apart since they are stapled and glued into placePanels that were cut were installed in 8' pieces to the wallThis is not a custom, all wood closet package, which in that case you could remove the partsSee attached photographs for details Contractor could not explain where the closet unit was and refused to reinstall it The closet package was disposed ofYou cannot install items that are swolled due to water damage and have been cut with a sawSee attached photographs and YouTube video link There was also numerous other items not completed per his invoice, items damaged and not completed correctly per the invoice I did not bill for work not performedNever have done it in the past years I have been in business, as my record indicates He had agreed with our insurance to accept their price in writing and now is threatening us for the amount he billed to include the damaged, incomplete and incorrectly competed items Yes I have agreed to the insurance price in writing, I am the one who wrote the report that the insurance used as a blueprint to write their own report He is sending us email threats and has come to the house and threatened our tenant I HAVE NEVER WENT OUT TO THREATEN THEIR TENANTAsk tenant We have paid him for the work complete and he he cashed the check and wants payment for items not completed and all items at a price not agreed on by our insurance Check was not cashed, it was deposited in company corporate accountPlease request bank statement if needed We never agreed on anything he worked directly with our insurance on all items and now we have a house that is still damaged See attached work authorization, as it is called, 'Agreement To Proceed With Work' , we found he isn't licensed for water restoration work See attached CSLB documentation and CleanTrust Certifications and we have items incomplete that we are going to have to pay over $to have completed or repaired from his work being under par Items not completed were items that were not billed forSee attached reportInsurance paid customer for these items but we did not perform them and thus did not bill for them We looked him up on yelp and he has had this problem with many clients and all have said he threatens them for payment for items not completedOur insurance has already payed him in full for the water restoration work he did which was not done correctly and he was not licensed to do See attached CSLB documentation and CleanTrust Certifications Revdex.com complaint manager, what we have here is a customer that is committing fraud and perjury, and attempted grand theft since what they are attempting to do is steal over $2,from my companyEvery once in a great, great while I run into a customer with this nature and it is very depressing to me since I take great care to take care of my customer as my record indicates Please feel free to call me if you have any questions [redacted]
