offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY]Although we have verbally been told the monies have been paid, we have not received any written documentation showing this matter has in fact been paidWe have also on numerous occasion contacted the business regarding a major leak and were told that someone would be out the week of December 7th, This resulted in no person/persons showing up to repair our roof and no contact was made to rescheduleWe called and also sent a certified letter with a signature required that was signed for on December 21st, and then returned to us "addressee unknown"We are not satisfied, and our roof is now leaking which has resulted in damage to the interior of our homeThis is unsatisfactory, and unacceptableThe complaint will be not be resolved until we have written documentation proving the money has been paid, and our roof is repaired of all leaks

Due to record rainfall in our area , there were several delays in getting the job startedHOWEVER once the weather cleared I received a call from Precision Restoration giving me a new date and they showed up on the date promised and on time I can't say enough about the crew, they were exceptional; competent, polite, efficient and knowledgeable The entire roof was removed, plywood repaired where needed, shingled and the job site completely cleared of debris in one dayWe are totally satisfied with our new roof

have contacted Mr*** and informed him that his materials are to be delivered by Monday, June 22, and our crews will install his roof next week

This company was so professional and did everything they promised. The workers were fast. We have recommended them to several people.
