We signed a contract. We are not scam artists or thieves. there were a few delays, which unfortunately do occur in the construction industry.. This roof is scheduled for install this week.

Review: I gave Precision Roof Contractors a check for $8,689.53 on June 19th, 2013 to repair my roofing, siding. The job is still not finished, I have left many massages to the girl [redacted]/and other members of this company who I thought was my rep, but have not hear from them. The put my roofing on in late July, but came up with a bunch of excuses that they lost thier contract crew who does siding/roofing. I was offerd/bribed an expensive gift card to a fancy resturant for the incovinence and delay but never got that. They finanly send out some guys to do my siding 2 days before thanksgiving and repair my siding, inwhich the siding does not match the color of my house, and I told them thats it does not so they claimed they had to reorder new siding, and still have not completed the job. They left a pile of old siding in front got my gate towards the back yard in front of my fence so I cant get in my yard and they left an electric box just hanging from my house. (I have pictures of both). Its January 4,2014 and the job is still not done, nor have I received a phone call from them or a reciet showing me what has been done to my house. This is extremely fustrating for a single parent, who works alot and feels like Ive been taken advangate of. I'm the only house in the entire subdivision whose house is not complete and looks like crap. I would like a complete refund or some type of compensation to get my house the way is was. This project should not have taken 6 months counting to finish, but if emergencies came up as a customer I should have been called or written, or somebody could have came to my house like the did to get the check to let me know whats going on. Review: this business did not deliver my warranty as promise when job was paid in full. Also have a lifting of shingle on my front stoop above windows leftside of house. Tried to make contact with precision but no answer from them since final payment was made.

Review: A worker from Precision Roof Contractors, Inc. approached me outside of my home and asked if I wanted to get some roofing work done that was due to hail damage in June 2013. After him speaking to my son and I, we did notice there were some damages to our roof due to the hail storm. So, we followed the normal procedures for filing a claim with our insurance. Once we received the insurance check the check was given to them without ENDORSEMENT on the back to show that the money had come in and for them to start the repairs. The check was dated 6/19/13 and Precision Roof Contractors, Inc. deposited the check the next day, 6/20/13, into their account without obtaining signatures for payment. The check was in the amount of $8,583.89. Since that date, we never heard or saw from them AGAIN. My son had to help me locate their office which was found to be closed down. Later we received a call from a work with the Company who promised to come back to do the repairs and apologized and blamed it on his supplier. We were happy to hear from him and thought the job was going to be done. But of course, they never showed up and it's now 4/18/14. What's going on with that????? At this point, I am only asking for my money back so I can find a reputable company to do their job since you are unable to do yours. I wish nothing more than that. Please steer clear of these guys. It is obvious they are bad news and should not be in the construction business.Desired Settlement: I want them to give us the money back ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!! The fact that they pursued us and scamed us makes me sick to my stomach. At the same time, my wife was battling saving her life with a brain tumor in which she did not win and passed away recently. That factor caused us to not be able to pursue this as we wanted to but now I am livid and I want someone from them to contact me to refund my insurance check. Review: Precision Roofing replaced my hail damaged roof in June 2013. Last week I received a "notice of intent" to file a bond claim against my property for non-payment of the materials used for the job. Precision was paid in full and have my receipt. I have gotten no satisfaction from Precision. I have spoken to Advanced Building Materials who told me they have not received a payment from Precision in 3 months. I would like Precision to pay in full the amount due of $4,736.99 to Advance Building for the materials used to replaced my rook @[redacted]Desired Settlement: For Precision to make payment for the materials used to fix my roof.

Review: Precision Roof Contractors was paid to replace my hail damaged roof back in May 2013. As of this date, I have not received a new roof. They had an office in Metairie, LA and also in one in Baton Rouge LA. As far as I can tell both of these offices have been closed down. I am not asking for a refund of my deposit, I am asking for a full refund of all monies paid to the company for a new roof, and for damages to my ceiling when workman fell through my ceiling.

There was some work we did to the framing of the house. We will not refund that. We will refund her initial deposit. I can also have someone repair the ceiling, or she can hire someone and ill pay the bill.
