Homeowner requested a roof certification, price for roof certification was given ($ 500.00) and customer agreed, service was performed and certificate for the roof was issued to the homeowner. Homeowner offered to pay in cash and I agreed. Homeowner requested that I follow him to his
bank, which I did; homeowner withdrew $ cash from his account and paid for the service. About a week later, homeowner’s wife called and requested a refund stating that they were going to have a relative replace the roof and they did not need the roof certificate; they later admitted that they were not going to have the roof replacedI explained that the service had already been provided and the certificate issued, therefore there is no refundThis was explained to the homeowners’ wife and also to the homeowner (whom the original transaction was with)I also asked if the certificate had been shown to an inspector, the homeowner stated it had been and that the inspector stated there was nothing wrong with the roof
The roof was completed in August 2016. The roof was inspected by the City of [redacted] and there was a mix-up between the City of [redacted] and the inspection company that was sub-contracted by the City of [redacted] to do the inspection. There were four different inspectors involved (and the...
reports were different from each one); also, bad weather complicated the situation and caused delays. The roof has passed inspection; there was not any leaks during the entire process and the roof has been paid in full.[redacted]Precision Roofing, Inc.
Very timely and highly satisfactory roofing job
Precision Roofing responed very quickly to my first emergency call. The process to prepare for the new roof installation went quickly and smoothly. The new roof was installed in one day. The new roof was very professionaly installed and has the most up to date technological features. I am very satisfied with this job and would recommend this company to any friends or anyone else thinking of getting roof work done.
