Precision Sealcoating

Last fall I had my driveway sealed by this company and in the spring I notidec large areas of the driveway, the seal coating did not stick and were bare of seal coating material. I contacted [redacted] of the company and he promised to take care of it. I waited several weeks and it was not dome. I subsequenly called him 3 more times, all of which he promised to correct the problem and it has still not been done.Product_Or_Service: Driveway sealcaotingDesired SettlementThe bare portions of the driveway need to be sealcoated.Business Response I have been in contact several times with this home owner trying to even figure out where these areas where that it did not stick to. I drove out there 2 times to try to resolve this issue and meet with home owner. Both were unsuccessful do to no answer of phone, or nobody at the property to show me where these areas are. We have never had 1 complaint against us Revdex.com or not. I still have not even seen these areas to this day and where the customer is talking about. I got the last message from customer 1 week ago. Stating if did not come and fix this he would be notifying Revdex.com. Sense the day of his message the weather conditions have not been in any condition to do sealcoating. There has not been more than 2 days with dry weather. We are a sealcoating company and we have been sealcoating one time in the last 2 weeks because of weather. I have 3 driveways lined up for Hopkinton within the next 2 weeks and am planning on getting his fixed and tooken care of when the weather and time is right to do so. I will notify customer atleast 48 hours in advance so hopefully we don't have same issues as before.
