Precision siding and windows installed windows in my home and did a very terrible job, incorrect sizing strips along frames are peeling off
Windows were installed in my home paid in full for 17,and the strips were not intact the whole job is a complete messThe company was aware of the problemNever sent anyone back to fix the jobIt will cost me a substantial amount of money to have this job fixed

Very pleased with the productInstallation was professional and timely They cleaned the area thoroughly and were extremely friendly through the whole processI would recommend them to anyoneWindows are beautiful

When you decide to do such a big project you always expect hiccups that day but with Precision everything went smooth without any issues Keenan and his crew arrived on time and explained everything that would happen that day and he answered any questions I asked him The cleanup they did was excellent and putting everything back took me no time at all Our new windows are beautiful and exactly as we picked them, they make our home look so much more beautiful and to me like a different home now I cant stop looking at the windows everytime I walk past one and comment on how beautiful they are Thanks so much Precision for improving our home and making it look new and fresh again I cant wait til it's time to update my entrance door with yall Five stars all the way from us

Warranty is still in effect for product and workI cannot get response from PSC to get repairs done
I had siding and trim installed by Precision Siding and Construction on Feb 18, In September my brother came to visit and showed me where the caulking job had not been finished around all the windows and water was getting inThe workers were supposed to use caulking tinted to match the color of trim (olive green) to seal the windowsMy brother filled in the gaps with white caulking to keep water out until I could get Precision to come out and finish with the greenI called at that time and was informed that someone would contact meI did not receive a callThen in mid March a wind storm blew off one of the gable ventsI have made at least calls over the last three weeks trying to get the piece reinstalledI get nothing but an answering machine and no returned calls

The representative and the installers were both very professional and extremely knowledgeable The windows work as advertised Noise is reduced and most importantly, our energy bill's are lowerThe heating and cooling system are work less and the house keeps its temperature The window mechanics (opening and closing) work flawlessly Huge recommendation from us

Cannot say enough good things about this companyThey arrived on time & did an amazing job! We were thinking it would take days for them to install our windows and to our surprise they finished in one day and only a few hoursThey were very professional & had great customer serviceThe workers were very informative & not only did they do an awesome job installing beautiful windows for us they did a great job cleaning up after themselvesI am very pleased with a job well done!

I am rejecting this response because:  This is the first I've heard that it's the fault of the sales representative!  Hahaha!  So, either the sales rep was not trained properly, or he was being dishonest.  But we did not have a contract with the sales rep.  We had a contract with Precision Siding & Construction Company.  Does the "Approximate Date of Roof Completion" date on the contract mean nothing?  And the "changes in this contract" section which included: "approximate start date 9/16/15 - 9/20/15, 9/22/15 for roof completion + add 1 additional week to complete siding and remainder of work, based upon weather."  If these dates were not reasonable, someone should have immediately informed us.  We chose Precision over other companies based on how quickly the work would get done.  In addition, we have informed Precision that there is a minor repair that needs to be done to the siding that was not installed properly, and that has not been taken care of.
