I do not appreciate being told that he showed me that it was working properly after having this alarm for close to a year and know damn right well that it was not. He kept insisting it was fine and that the way it was before should not have happened. He was full of BS as the tech at [redacted] confirmed what I already knew, it is not working correctly. So if this guy thinks I am going to drive over there just to listen to his nonsense again he is mistaken. I will take it to another [redacted] Installer then send Precision Sound the bill.

In response to the customer's claim, we did check over the system and would be more than happy to have our head technition check the system again for the customer and spend as much time as needed to make the customer happy. We try to go above and beyond for our customers and want to resolve her issues asap. We don't want any customer unhappy with us or the work we have done. Again, we are more than willing to take another look at the customers problem and try to solve it as quickly as possible for her. She may contact our head technition [redacted] at [redacted] monday through friday from 9am to 5pm and set up a time for her to come by and give us a second chance to find and repair any problems. Upon her visit to our location we went over the vehicle with her and we tried it numerous times with her present and the alarm and vehicle was functioning as it was supposed to. we repeated the process multiple times to ensure the system was working correctly and each and every time the system was...
completely functional and responding as it is ment to. if the customer would like to bring the car back to our location we would be more then happy to go over the system with her yet again and ensure everything is working properly
