In response to complaint ID# [redacted] Appointments scheduled for this specific procedure are booked out at least months in advance due to high interest volumes We always confirm the week prior via email or phone If any adjustments need to be made to the time, we try to make the clients aware as soon as we possibly can Unfortunately, in the service industry you can’t always anticipate running behind This particular day, following a severe snow storm, which forced us to close, was over booked with people whom had to be rescheduled and squeezed in This customer arrived early despite our efforts to avoid her waiting longer by informing her of our delay She was not ignored, she was greeted by our receptionist, directed to fill out our new client form, was educated about proper aftercare protocols following her procedure and was asked to wait again, an amount of time was unknown It was never stated that she was not going to be seen, she assumed this Upon completing prior clients, we realized this customer left minutes into a hour appointment without communicating with us We called to apologize and see if she was still following through with our delayed appointment but, we received no answer A few minutes later we received an irate email from her, stating her impatience Understandable but, no excuse to leave without communicating with us about using her current deposit to reschedule This lead us to believe she skipped out on her appointment which, ultimately forfeits her deposit We responded to her email apologizing and informing her that, she would need to leave another deposit to hold a new appointment date, if she chose to reschedule and that brought upon more irate emails, a star yelp review and a Revdex.com complaint It’s unfortunate that this clients did not receive a Precision Spa service but, those factors are out of our control and we value our time very much A refund of her deposit is not considered Best regards, Nicole Z [redacted]

I was excited for my visit with Nicole, a booking made months prior to my scheduled appointmentLast week they contacted me, asking if I could move my appointment time by thirty minutesI was willing to do so
When I arrived promptly for my appointment, I proceeded to waitAfter ten to fifteen minutes, the assistant cane out and asked me to fill out a formTen minutes later she returned to review my medical history
After I had been there for dirty minutes, I approached the assistant to make sure my car would be ok in the lot and to see if it would be much longerAfter waiting another thirty minutes, I left
I sent an email to the business owner stating my displeasure with not only their failure to keep to their scheduled appointments, but lack of communication from the assistant making the situation very upsetting
She then informed me that I have forfeited my $deposit for my procedure, and I would need to pay again to rescheduleAs I was on time to my appo
