Heater core was fixed and replaced. It was bad. We gave customer all old parts so she would know what was fixed AT HER request. Customer was concerned about time and cost. Miss [redacted] did come back in and we told her the blender actuator was making a noise. We would gladly fix. We fixed one problem...
with the heater core, but Miss [redacted] had another problem with blender actuator making her car make a noise. We do our best to find all problems with first visit. Heater core would have been requested to fix first, due to no heater and leaking anti-freeze in car.Sincerely,[redacted]
