Precision Towing & Recovery

Went to tow my car and damaged it, not accepting responsibility. The police officer said my only option was civil court.This company has to be the worst! They towed my car, messed up the back bumper, and would not accept responsibility for it. I even called the police to see about getting a report, and the only thing they could do was to tell me to take them to court over it since there was no criminal intent.
