I have already responded to this complaintMy response tells the whole story about this obvious scammerI just spoke to him minutes ago today on February 21st He first try to make a bogus complaint with you the Revdex.comEven realize that was getting nowhere because he has completely lied and my statement cruises He then try to go the Attorney General RockOnce the Attorney General got this response they also realize that this guy is not being very honestI had already warned him that we did what he authorized and that if he did not pay his bill and leaves us no choice but to file a mechanic's lienHe is now attempting to try and use news media because his attempts to lie to the Revdex.com and the Attorney General are getting him know whereHe thinks that we are going to just sit here and wait for him to play all his games when he owes us money that he authorizedhe has been informed that if he has not paid his bill by Friday at p.mthat first thing Monday morning we will be going down to the courthouse and filing a mechanic's lien and then another $will be added to his bill for him forcing us to have to file a lienThe only problem here is this guy thinks he's going to get his vehicle for free and it's just not going to happen

It is a crying shame one illegitimate customers use other complaints to make up their liesWhen *** told me that he had his truck at a transmission shop in Bellingham and that they wanted $3,plus tax I told him that I knew I could beat that priceUnlike the lie that he stated in the
complaint where he says it was $3,with tax includedI told him that we can fix it for $to $1, depending on what was wrongI told him that we would tow it for free from Bellingham to Everett with the repair and deliver it back when the repair was done at no extra chargeOnce we went through the formal authorization process of getting the estimate I quoted him a price of $1,to rebuild his transmission with a month or mile warranty or a month or mile warranty for $2,or a 3-year mile warranty for $2,He liked the 3-year warranty price and said he wanted to do that one because he wanted the truck to last because of his businessI told him that if he paid cash we would split the tax in half so he knew his bill was right at $2,He also asked if we would fix his Pat driver side door which we did at no extra chargeAfter installing the transmission we discovered that it needed a transmission coolerI quoted him a price of only $instead of the $and up that everyone else chargesAt this point he became very belligerent and started trying to say how I told him it was only going to be $to fix his transmission This is quite a common occurrence with scam artist in this business who wants to pay their bill they start making up all kinds of LiesHe told me that he would call me back in hour to decide if he wanted us to put the cooler on or if he wanted to pick it up and put the cooler on himselfHe said that he was right back at the price he was in BellinghamI reminded him of how he had told me it was $3,plus tax and reminded him that if it would have been $1, Complained and unwarranted and should not even be for being made for public view because he is a liar and I will tell them in the court to his face that he is a liarBut this is okay because of the fact that he is not even paid his bill yet proves that he thinks he's going to get somewhere with his lie and we're not give budging an inchWe will be filing a mechanic's lien to get our money and this will go against his credit so the only thing that he has accomplished is messing up his creditHe is not affected our company at all because we will get our money one way or the other even though he has lied

I am rejecting this response because:The truck was returned and I was forced to pay 2900 dollars.  When I turned on the ignition the  SERVICE ENGINE  light came on immediately,   I called and left a message and no response.    I paid in full and got my truck back in undriveable condition.  This was a total scam.  I was totally taken advantage of.  I notified the police and they told me that they were well aware of this company and have been called to their location on multiple occasions.   They  never provided me a written estimate when I requested one before any work was done to the truck.  They called several days later and raised the price for additional work that was not necessary.  They are scam artists.  They advertise  transmission work for 550 dollar.  They hold you hostage.  I had no idea evern where the truck was being stored or worked on.    I paid in full for garbage.  They made me pay in cash obviously so that they will never have to report income to the state or the federal government.

I am rejecting this response because:
I just spoke with the business at the suggestion of the Revdex.com.  I asked him to wait until monday until I could get advise from the Revdex.com and the Attorney Generals office.  He told me Quote  " they will do st for you"   I will start charging you 50 dollars a day storage and I will get it.  I will lien your truck and I will end up owning your truck"  I asked him very politely to wait and get a third party involved to review the materials.  I asked him to email me with all repairs and pricing.  He decliened to do so and told me if I did not get money to him by tonight by 6 pm he was taking  multiple actions against me.   I have never recieved any written estimate or signed any type of repair order.   He has told me that he does a million dollars a year of business and I am nothing.
