Ms [redacted] brought her car to me by tow truck on January 16, saying that it was making a strange soundWe had worked on her car before on January 7, replacing the control arms and the motor mount$When she brought me her car on January she was complaining about a loud noise her car had made that had caused her to slow down while driving on the FwyWhen the car came by tow truck I checked the car, hoisting It up and checking everything underneath of the work we had performed beforeWe didn't find anything that could've caused that problemI test drove her car numerous times and I still found no problem with itI was aware that I was putting many miles in her car, as described in her complaint, but the only reason that occurred was trying to find the problem with her carShe called several times and I Informed her that the car was being test driven without finding any problemsI kept on driving the car trying to find the source of the problem because I thought It would be better that the problem happen to me while I was driving It rather than it happening to the customerUnfortunately, a misunderstanding occurred on one occasion that she called, It was said to her that we had been driving the car and that nothing was found, there was a misunderstanding and the customer understood that her car was being driven at that very moment, rather than we had been driving her car and I am very sorry for that misunderstandingAfter not finding anything wrong with the car I made the decision to resurface the front rotors which I noticed were shaking when you came to a stopWhen she came she was upset because at the time she called she found the car on our private parking lot with the window down and the key In the Ignition, our assigned parking lot is secure and she had nothing to worry aboutI am sorry however for the careless situation In which we left her window downWe did put a few miles on the car and we did use up her gas but the only reason for that was trying to find the problem with the car and not finding anythingI, [redacted] Ponce, owner of Precision Transmissions and Automotive feel that we didn't feel her requirements but it was never our intention to deceive Ms [redacted] rather all we tried to do was help her with her car problem Signed, [redacted] Ponce

performed before. We didn't find anything that could've caused that problem. I test drove her car
