I had a unit arrive DOA, after speaking with service rep left me feeling they only were in a hurry to debit my bank account but not rush to get a working product to meI was instructed to "apply" for an exchange and upon review which could take days I will then get to print a return label and after they "test" it to make sure it is defectiveThen I will get a replacement shippedWe will see if I have a working product with in days of the money being removed from mt accountI would give a better star rating if I was at least been made to feel it would progress as quickly as they wanted my money
this company ,and specifically its President([redacted]), is superb; best experience from a point of view of searching out/potentially buying/buying(as I am going to do) used,refurbished,and /or customer retuned(without real or much use) merchandize. In my situation, I is stereo equipment(i.e., a somewhat high end [redacted] AVR(audio visual receiver for a surround sound system. [redacted] and his other customer representative was courteous, candid, responsive; plus they were very knowledgeable. I would use them again without a doubt even tho I know there are negative reviews publishedmany of which are old.
