Precision Tune - Manassas

Review: DEAR Revdex.com we took our 2007 [redacted]. to PRECISION AUTO CARE IN MANASSAS. I pacifically told the guy{john} we have the diagnose FROM JOYCE K[redacted] we show hem the paperwork saying{145335 timing chain and tensioners}so we drop it off. and then we pick it up two days later. a couple days later the engine light came on again.so we called them they say bring it back so we did. a day later I went to pick it up. three days later it was memorial day. we're driving to new York the engine light on again so we call them they told us to bring it back again. so at this point the state inspection coming up in two and a half week so I told them we going to bring it back then they say that's fine they pass the EMISSIONS CONTROL SYSTEMS INSPECTION PASS ON BOARD DIGNOSTIC SYSTEM INSPECTION PASS when we get the car back was potato chips all over the set. when all those things happening we haven't complained once. a couple days later I was driving I couldn't stop the car. I have to put the emergency brake I thought I was going to die. I got it towed to a different shop and then they told me that the {TIMING CHAIN AND THE TENIONERS} I told them PRECISION fixed that they say[different shop] the timing chain never been fixed that why the engine blew up they say precision reset my engine light and give back to me.we pay PRECISION $940 TO DO NOTHING so I call precision explain what happened to the car the guy answer the phone he said he will talk to john and he will give me a call back.no one call me so I decided to call corporate office and then john call me and screaming at me I was trying to explain what happened he told me to SHUT UP and I was recording him when he said that. and I was in shocked he said that and he say he doesn't care if I take him to court .and he say if he decide to fix my car he will think about it .I was disbelieve . and I call corporate and they say they will call me back after labor day and haven't call me back yet very unprofessional disrespectful people.Desired Settlement: 2007 [redacted]
