I can only speak very highly about the excellent personalized service I received from RomanI had acquired a high end watch which needed to be brought back for a warranty repair very short after buying itDespite effort to be repaired I decided to request a full refund weeks later which was honouredNext time I buy I watch I will not doubt buying it hereExcellent customer service!

OMG! Could not be happier with the work done on my Rolex watchI seriously put this thing through it's paces, and it even survived a car accident, but it was a bit worse for wearI brought my Rolex to Roman at Precision, and they not only fixed it - they got it looking like a brand new Rolex watch!

6/20/2016The customer brought their watch to our store on 06/10/2016, requesting a battery changeWe gave the customer the following options: A basic battery change (which has a charge of $24.99, for her [redacted] watch), or a battery change that includes a reseal (which restores the watch to the initial factory requirements of water resistance and has a service cost of $59.00).The customer chose to proceed with the second option, the battery change with the water sealOnce the watchmaker opened the watch to perform the necessary work, he discovered that the case was too worn for the water resistant option, leaving the watch without the factory water resistant requirementThis was then explained to the customer when she came back to the store for her watchWe had also explained to the customer that the water resistant reseal was not performed, due to the case being too wornThe customer was told that she would not be charged the full fee of $59.00, but we would reduce the price to the standard battery change charge of $The customer then said she was previously told the standard battery change charge would be $After the customer became upset, I told her I would honor her request and change the charge from $to the $charge she had claimed to be given to her.The customer had also asked what was necessary for the worn case to be fixedI explained to her that the case needed to be replaced by the manufacturer of the watch, which could usually be around the cost of the watch.Best Regards,Jacqueline P

I have had watch repair work done at Precision completed on multiple occasions. Roman and the team take the time to explain the issue and explain the fix. They have always done a great job while completing the job at the quoted price.

Brought my father's vintage Rolex watch for repair, couldn't be happier. I currently have my eye on one of the Rolex watches they have in their Rolex corner right now. I'll definitely be bringing watches here for service and repair in the future, and have already returned for a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses (They have eyewear and diamond jewelry as well as the watches!).
