I am sorry Mrs [redacted] feels this wayFrom Precision's view this complaint is invalid, I did the final walk through with the homeowner as the general manager of Precision, Mrs [redacted] was happy with the workAfter the walk-through I ask Mrs [redacted] for the final payment and she told me that she had mailed it the night before, after several days of not receiving the payment we reach out to her with no response, the next day I received the complaint from Revdex.com! We removed all the siding and installed two windows that we were contracted toAt no time did Mrs [redacted] mention any broken electrical socket, if she had we would have fixed it for her and still will if she would respond to phone calls or EmailsI have tried multiple times to reach out to Mrs [redacted] and have gotten zero feedback from herI am willing to work with Mrs [redacted] to resolve issues she has with our work or our final payment.Thanks [redacted] ***General ManagerPrecision Windows & Doors
