I am rejecting this response because:I didn't use any chemicals on the tileThe tile experts from Statewide felt that different colors of grout were used in the shower stall and that is what is causing our problem.

I am rejecting this response because:We have heard from Statewide about addressing our problems but we have never been given a schedule of when they want to come. My problem is they are saying we are not accommodating when they want to come. That is not true. They called 2/17/16 because they received your letter. They sent someone new to look at our issues, which they already knew about, that same day. Now we're waiting to hear back from them

I am rejecting this response because: Although many things have been addresed since our complaint was registered, we still are not done. The punch list contained work that was Statewides responsibility and delays had nothing to do with our utilities. Our contract was...
signed in April of 2012. Charges need to be amended because showroom choices were discontinued by the time our house was set and we had to choose all new tiling, which will affect our cost. We also disagree about when they got the punch list. My husband actually met with him on September 24 and showed him the list that had been sitting on the kitchen counter for weeks.
