Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We have heard from Statewide about addressing our problems but we have never been given a schedule of when they want to come My problem is they are saying we are not accommodating when they want to comeThat is not trueThey called 2/17/ because they received your letterThey sent someone new to look at our issues, which they already knew about, that same dayNow we're waiting to hear back from them Regards, [redacted] & [redacted]

Review: This company started refinishing the hardwood floors in our house on Oct 2012 and the job has not been completed to date, 5/6/12. After sanding, staining and top coating the floors I gave them a check on 11/7/12 to cover the work completed up until that time. After 11/7/12 they could not be contacted or answer voice mail messages for ~8 weeks. As of 5/6/12 the work that has not been completed is to finish install-ing the new shoe molding and cove molding on the stairs leading to the second floor, and fixing the remaining warranty related issues. Also, they took our wooden ventcovers to refinish them to match the main floor and have not returned them. I have paid these guys in full vs. their invoice for this job and the work has not been completed. After numerous attempts to contact this company in Nov and Dec of 2012, numerous dates and times set-up with them since Dec 2012 to complete our project and they did not show-up, and many excuses as to why they were unable to show-up, I decided to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. This complaint is regarding this company's unacceptable business, services, and warranty related practices.Desired Settlement: Add this complaint to your unresolved list of complaints about this company.
