I am responding to the letter we received in the mail I went through my records of incidents at the plant and I have none for this alleged damage I would have wrote up an incident report if this had accrued here We do not turn drivers away if there had been damage done The truck was inspected in [redacted] and I would think that if this kind of damage was done here it would not have been safe to drive from [redacted] I also would not wait a year to say something We were not contacted that I'm aware of Hope this information helps you I take pride as the EHS Manager here at Precoat Weirton and work with any customer that has a problem
