We have stated times to the customer that the order was already shipped as ordered and that the post office has the packageYou can check the dates and tracking [redacted] Despite the customer ordering the wrong package, and it being custom cut, we still asked the customer to return the package and we will issue a full refundHere is a copy from this mornings email:"I am sorry about your experience, however it was already sent as orderedWe have noted that this was explained in a few emailsYou can send the package back for a refund when it comes in."

We did receive a complaint from the customer that he was missing his back door pieces for his pick up truckUpon carefully reviewing his order, we have noted that the customer had ordered a base model cab which does not have back doors includedAfter politely explaining to the customer that a wrong model was ordered and that we can provide the back doors if shipping was paid for by the customerCustomer would not accept these terms and demanded that we correct this mistakeWe finally offered the customer an option of just sending everything back for a refund at a total loss to us because we cut and made a product based on his orderCustomer did not want to send anything back for a refund and instead chose to open up a complaint

In our communications, we have established that the package was delivered with [redacted] however the customer claims not to have received the packageWe have also mentioned that we will be sending a free replacement to a different address provided by the customer free of charge Understandably customer is angry for not receiving the package, however we are sending out a free 2nd package

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I am deeply disappointed in that the company is still unable to come to an agreement in that the wrong product was shippedIn the email I had received from the customer service representative, she had stated that I didn't order a piece rear window kit even though it is clearly stated on the packaging and the packing slip that I didAlso, even if the back windows weren't included with this kit which I was under the assumption I was seeing that I ordered an ALL window kit for my vehicle; I still did not receive what the company is considering to be the right kitI did not receive the drivers side window tint OR the correct rear window which I have proof of ordering the correct oneI was however offered a refund if I send the product back which would not be a loss to the company seeing that I'm not the only person who has a Toyota Tacoma and the item can easily be resoldThe only reason that sending it back is not an option for me is that the company expects me to pay for shipping (which is $and is almost half of the price of the product) even though it truly is their mistake In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have responded to the customer many times and explained that the reason the patterns did not fit is because the wrong years were ordered. We still offered to send a Free replacement for the correct models, but the customer demanded a refund instead. We custom cut the patterns based on how they...

were ordered. If we made a mistake we would correct it. In this case we offered to correct the years free of charge, but customer was not pleased with the resolution and initiated a charge-back.
