I'm not sure how they could assess whether they could meet the needs when they did know basic knowledge of the home or client At the end, they stopped communicating and declined the clients blaming the family's "requirements" The decline was not even by phone and was poor communicated (The final communication was full of drama from one employee that my family member does not even understand why the client was declined We still do don't know.) The agency claims they sent an email (sent to a phony email address) and ignored any phone calls or other emails The declined email was re-sent with still not actual phone call No other follow up or replies occurred If the agency can't even provide personal touch to the family members by a phone call, I would never recommend it for an actual client
