Review: I recently found a charge for $9.99 on my cellular bill. Because I share lines with my elderly parents and they get the bill, the fee went unnoticed. The cellular company informed my mom of the monthly charges that began in October of 2011. I did receive weekly test messages that I thought were junk mail/phishing texts so ignored them. When I contacted the company, they refunded me $9.99 for the last month. There policy is to never credit more than $9.99, so I am out over $150. I am disgusted by the dishonest practices of this company.Desired Settlement: Being that I never responded to one text, they should refund me the cost of the monthly fee since Oct 27, 2011.
