Review: On 07/**/2007 the contractor built a brick fence around my property located at [redacted]. I paid the contractor $13,000.00 for this job. The job was completed by the contractor. However, after about a year later, the structure of the brick fence started to lean to one side and come loose without any interference. The fence began to tilt more and more on it's own. Currently, the brick fence looks like it's about to fall down. I made several attempts to contact the contractor. I asked him to come take a look for himself and to the fix his mistake. However, the contractor refuse to do anything to correct the work. I feel helpless because I paid $13,000 for a brick fence that was defective. This is not a wood fence. It's solid brick and it's falling down on it's own. A brick fence should last years and not fall down on it's own. I have spoken to other contractors and was told that the workmanship was inadequate. A brick fence should not lean, tilt and looks like it's about to fall down unless the contractor's work was defective. Please help. Thank You,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I am asking for the contractor to correct the work. To repair the fence from the bottom up around my property. If not, I would like a full reimbursement so that I can have it fix by another contractor.
