Monday, chestnut holdings, said that they have another application tht was submtted before us. she explained the applicant and told them the apartment got rented before we submitted ours, they got a little upset we apologized and ask them if they want to see something else and they said yes. Then weshowed them another apartment and they didn’t like it, applicant's said they want to pick up the deposit the same day, when they came to my office we apologized once again and we told them this can happen because there is a lot of brokers working with this management company. We asked them once again if they want to see something else and they said no, they signed a paper stating tht they were reinbursement and received back her full $500We are very responsible company we never charge clients any fee for showing apartments no application fee, we have a great reputation out there, with helping hundreds or even more clients thru out our carrier.Sorry if in any way we weren't able to assist you this time.
