elected to obtain a cosigner for your loan. For some reason you were not able to obtain a cosigner and that is fine with us. If you recall at that time I elected to lower the price of the of the vehicle $500 and increased your trade in value by $500 in an effort to lower your payment vs. the higher interest rate. After sending you the new contracts for your signatures and having them returned incomplete we had to resend new contracts and that process exceeded our approval time. As you requested we submitted a new application with an additional amount of monies as down payment and received a new approval with a much lower rate and payment to match. We feel at this time that we acted in good faith to obtain a good interest rate and feel that your requests are not granted. In lieu of customer satisfaction we will go ahead and assist you with one payment of $400.00 for any delays that we may have created. Thank you for your purchase and good luck to you all.
