Preferred Car and Truck Rental

These guys came to my accident right away and helped me get home when I was in the worst situation, having to live in Toronto I was in Brampton when I got into my accident and they came to the scene with a brand new Mazda and told me I wouldn't be charged for anything and they were right they sent the bill to my insurance company and helped me get to where I was needing to go!!!

After having a car accident on Highway Thanksgiving Weekend, a Tow Truck driver from [redacted] Towing referred us to Preferred Car and Truck rental They brought the car to the scene of the accident with the promise that they would pick up the rental car at the body shop when our car was repaired When the time came to return the car they didn't live up to their promise Instead, they required us to bring the car back to their business location KM from our home Don't trust this company They are dishonest

[redacted] My experience with this rental place so called preffered car and truck rental [redacted] problem after problem 1st got in to a serious car collision hours before new year'sTow truck's came quick on the seen and the car rental guy as we jus been in a serious collision just so much going on in our minds I got a car for the rental place and more cars cuz cars involvedIt was dark so much going in my head but was happy that everything happening so fast first the accident tow trucks on the seen car rental employee on the seen so I thought but never seen the guy at the actual bussiness place.going back he had brought me a car now at that time everything is all rite I am being taken care of as I thought signed papers for the car rental place did a walk around the rental car minor dents paint chips and a front bumper driver side was not fully lineing up with the fenderBut car looked ok at night so I took the carNext morning in pain didn't drive the car for days from the rental time a day or two after back to school for the young ones my spouce went to drop the lil one to her parents house she was backing out of her parents house driveway and the driver side front bumper got a crack from the snow reversingout brought the car home told me about it and called the it was about or am to come pick up the car and told them why .the person I spoke to told me he will try to get me a car soon asap a person came but at 10:pm he to a pic and gave me another car which is all so beat up smelled like cigarette I dont think it waz a safe car making weard noises but had places to go lawyers ,doctors places you need to go after u been in a accident around pm the next day the onwer of the car rental called and told me the car has serious front damage and it will cost me alot so I went to go check the car out at a body shop which from the tow to car rental and collision place are a team all work togeather geting plp in there trap be carefully when you sign papers fro all of them especially this car rental placeThey took 250$ different transactions out of my credit card which they are telling me it will take a month to get it back [redacted] All this being said the rental put a insurance claim on me to get there run down car fixed which they will jus fux the front bumper fixed and bill my insurance company up there rear ends [redacted]

They *** me that if I did not return the car that they would file it as STOLEN I've never had this situation happen to me from any other car rental companies such as ***, ***, or even *** *** *** I have rented card many times and I asked them to pick it up and they DEMANDED that I return it instead They were able to drop the car off when I needed to rent the car and at the time I was told that they can pick the car up when we no longer need it I never said I was not gonna return the car, I asked this company to pick up the car and then they told me that if the car was not returned by the end of the day that they would call the Police and say it was Stolen ***

March I was presented with a rental as my car was a ride off during my accident company promised to pickup the car on due date That did not happened When I refused to return due to me being on medication and unable to drive, I was charged $for someone to come and pickup the car gentlemen showed up *** Do not go with this company call your insurance to provide a locat car rental for you

On may 3rd my son was involved in a accident that was not his faultWhen my wife and I arrived at the scene the tow trucks and police where thereWhile the police reports where being done the tow truck driver arranged a replacement car for us when the employee of the car rental arrived he said that the car would be coming so we would start on the paperworkI told him that we needed a big SUV and they brought a small SUV at know time did he say that I would have to rent this piece of *** for a month and that I was charged $for early returnWe took the car back after 5hrs and was charged $plus the daily rental of the car at $but they said that was not the price and still charged me and after I paid it they tried to submit another invoice to the insurance company

When the time came to return the car they didn't live up to their promise. Instead, they required us to bring the car back to their business location 58 KM from our home.

Don't trust this company. They are dishonest.
