Review: I used this company for credit card processing for years. I switched my register system that included a new processor. I faxed a written letter to cancel processing in November of 2014 and again on December 10, 2014. They kept billing me $64.90 each month.

I called and [redacted] told me they would stop billing me and refund what they withdrew. He has said that 3 times in 2015, and still they continue to steal my money.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop billing and refund the six months of $64.90 they have stolen

In viewing the complaint from [redacted] with Gator Nutrition I reviewed his file and found the following. Mr. [redacted] did indeed cancel back in November of 2014 in which we did comply with his request and in reviewing his file Mr. [redacted] had 2 merchant accounts with Preferred Card Services one for retail and the other for online sales. In error the bank closed only the online merchant account leaving open the retail account. I just spoke with [redacted] and explained what happened and a credit for $454.30 is being issued today. We included the $64.90 he will be charged for May.Preferred Card Services has been providing honest service for over 29 years and anytime there is an issue we always address them and do the right thing. Our reputation is important to us. Please let me know if you require any further explanations or documents pertaining to this issue.
