Review: I needed a [redacted] on my tooth that supported my existing dentures. [redacted] assured me that it can be done without changing my existing [redacted] she said all she needs to do is take an empression of the tooth before she preps it. After the prep [redacted] said I would have get new [redacted]. I explained to them that new [redacted] was not an opption for me. then he said it could possibly work if I take an impression and leave my existing [redacted] to a lab and it would take up to 7-10 business days to come back. I told him I chose his office because they avertised same day lab work. as a NYS teacher I am unable to go 7-10 days without my teeth.Desired Settlement: refund for purchased crown at outside lab
