While we believed we explained the process for processing an [redacted] Xchange lease, and the cost of having the tracking device installed in the vehicle that we submitted for the program on Mr [redacted] behalf, clearly their was some miscommunicationAs a gesture of good will, we will refund the remaining $to Mr [redacted] shortly

Although it is true I did purchase the car "as-is", it is the responsibility of the dealer to disclose any mechanical issues or defects that may relate to the vehicleWhen I asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle, I was told noFurther more, if Honda City persists with their arrogant mistreatment, I may pursue legal actionAfter taking the vehicle to another mechanic for replacing rotors, it was told to me that the rear calipers were "bad" and had been for some timeThis further supports the fact that Honda City did not perform the "inspection" that they claimed to haveIt still begs the question how do you sell a vehicle that you have not even serviced? I would say I am letting them off easy and I will be in touch for a tire replacement

My apologies, I have been on vacation for the last days My work phone is an IP phone, so it is only connected when I an actively workingIn addition, my cell phone had very spotty reception in the Outer Banks of NC.I would still like to discuss the additional fees being referencedWhen I made that large payment I was under the impression that was to completely finish out the terms of my program enrollmentI was not informed of any additional deductions that would still be processed that monthIt is not my fault that their employee did not look at the full remaining balance when arranging that final paymentI also do not recall any additional services being requested or signed off on regarding credit reportingNor have a seen a copy of the document I supposedly signed agreeing to that.Finally, I still have not received my program close out package I was told I would be receivingNo answer will be accepted until all of the above referenced documents have been received by meAgain, that includes the "signed" agreement for the additional services and the program close out package

We have tried to reach Mr*** several times but the workphone number that we had is not in service and we always get the voicemail athome/cellHis usual deposit was $His last draft was lowered tocover the remaining fees to complete the programThat draft was necessary to finish paying off the remaining feesowed for the work that had been performed When Mr*** added a lump sum, it was to settle a largeaccount in a lump sum paymentThere were still fees remaining on another accountThe $draft should not have been processedWe are sorry about that error but by the time he notified us ofthe draft, it was already returned by his bank Any email stating that a draft is running this month would havebeen erroneousAll drafts were deactivated on 7/03/ He may call the office at ###-###-#### if he would like todiscuss this

Revdex.com:I received a call from the company to inform me that because I lived in Illinois they were unable to help me I explained that I have been attempting to contact them off-afor over a year He response was that it is possible that they saw that I lived in Illinois and knew they were not able to help, so possibly they just didn't respond I find this to be unacceptable, and feel there should be notifications or auto responses of some kind alerting potential customers that there are states were they will not due business.I appreciate the company finally contacting me and am satisfied that my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #*** have been metI understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

I have not received any calls from Preferred Financial Services in attempt to resolve this matterIn addition, my attempts to contract them, including an email to *** *** on June 23rd, have gone unansweredI did receive a credit for the $from my bank, but have not received the additional smaller creditI do not recall signing an agreement for this additional amount as stated by the companies responseAdditionally, when final payment amounts were arranged with Mr***, any additional fees or charges should have Bern made clear at that timehence the term "final payment"No additional deductions were made clear at that timeA follconversation with Mr***, prior to the complaint made on June 23rd, I was to receive a follcall from someone else to discuss the smaller amount being disputed; I never received a call to discuss that amount as I was told I wouldI have also received another email informing me of yet another deduction of $scheduled for the 20th of this monthwhich is not authorized and should not be occurring since my program has been completedFinally, I have not received any mailings from Preferred Financial to the extent that my program has been successfully completed and that all creditor accounts have been resolvedThis was something Mr*** told me I would be receiving when we last spoke on the phonethe same time I was told I would receive a call to discuss the smaller of the two amounts still being disputed
