When I told the "gentleman" that I could not commit without speaking to my husband, he stated "I am sorry you can't afford this deal." in a vary sarcastic mannerI found this rude and unprofessionalI would never take any deal with Preferred Guest Resorts after thatI would BEWARE of this DEAL
stay away from this company is scam, they "resort stay" is most like a motel stay after I purchased a package use one of the hotel and I got charged $30 with them and after they said that all I was going to pay, I ended up paying $35 at the hotel so basically I paid for half of my hotel, the "resort" was worst than a[redacted] after I emailed the customer services they basically told me that they were going to to nothing
I just noticed tonight after their office closed that "best vacation ever" just took money out of my bank account twice this month. Once yesterday and Once today! They are only suppose to take out money once a month until the trip is paid! I hope they can get this money back into my account before it overdraws! My rent payment is coming in! I will call them again tomorrow and see if we can get this resolved! I hope I am not a victim of a scam! I wish I would have got ahold of the Revdex.com at first! The trip seemed to good to pass up so I hope they can resolve this mistake! I also noticed they have my accommodation date on February 3, 2016 I talked to them about this weeks ago and they told me this is just a fake date and that I had a 1 1/2 years to take my vacation! I hope it turns out because I have never really been to a resort before!
We bought the package for $249 to visit Las Vegas. We planned the trip and three days before the trip was scheduled there was an accident and we physically could not travel. The company not only kept our $249 but insisted on charging us a $75 fee for cancelling. We used nothing! We could not physically travel, yet they insisted on the cancellation fee. What a rip off. I am surprised this company has not been closed down!!!!@
I just purchased the four day,three night Orlando package three days ago and also had my mother purchase a package for herself and husband,I was very detailed with my questions about hidden fees or undesired suprises they said call was recorded and nothing would change everything they promised me is what I would receive just have to pay hotel taxes anywhere from 7-15 bucks a night, I'm really hoping I haven't been scammed I didn't think to look up reviews or Revdex.com accreditation until today now I'm scared I may have been scammed not any good comments so far that I've seen and we are excited about our trip. I will call tomorrow to get more details and if its not legit I'm cancelling before I can't and gettin my refund. Thanks for the reviews next time I will research before I dive in but I didn't think I had to because the promotion was advertised on a gospel radio station hoping for the best outcome.
