I was at the Philly Home Show last weekend and I was browsing the different booths with no intent to talk to anyone about any type of home improvementsAs I walked by Preferred Home Improvement's booth I couldn't help but to stop and lookTheir display of a metal roof was fantasticI told the nice ladies, which I later found out were all related to the owner that I was just looking at the displayI wasn't looking for any projects to be done right nowThe owner, Mike came over and said hello and we just started talkingHe was explaining the differences between an asphalt roof and a metal roofI was very impressed with his knowledgeI told him the same thing, that I wasn't ready, nor did I have the funds to replace my roof now, however I did tell him I had a small leakHe said he could come out and take a look at it for me and if it's an easy fix he'll take care of it for meHe set an appointment for me the next day (Sunday) at 12:00pmHe showed up right on time and repaired the small leakMy roof did not leak this week when we had the heavy rain and that is why I am writing this reviewI was shocked that he and his family were so genuinely nice, he also showed up when he said he would and he took care of the roof problem for meHe didn't shrug me away because I didn't want to buy a new roofHe was so nice and professional! I would highly recommend Preferred Home Improvement, LLC because they really care about their customers, very hard to find now a daysThank you Mike D'*** for all your help!!
