Being proactive my wife and I decided to replace our 20 year old system. Jakob and his crew were here bright and early to install the system. Those guys worked in that hot attic all day. Clean, neat and working fine. Jakob took the time to explain how the new system and thermostat should be set. We are very happy.

Your technician Ted Wirth was very professional and precise. Took photos of all potential future problems of our unit. We are not stupid. We have a 20 year system Being proactive we made the very difficult decision to replace our entire system with the addition of a full home generator. Not cheap.

I made an appointment for my Spring AC check on June 26 which I received a confirmation email. I did not hear back from Preferred until I called your office at 1:30 PM the day of my appointment to find out if anyone was coming. I was told by the person that an email and text had been sent to me earlier that day. I told the lady I had not received anything. She told me that " they were very busy" but I was next on the schedule. Within 15 min I received a email and text informing me the tech was on the way.
This is my only complaint about Preferred

Eugene and his team replaced all the doors and windows in my 4200 square foot home and all of the doors in my previous home! They got them ordered and installed fast and for a great price. They have lowered my summer electric bill by over $150! They also have installed tube skylights in both of my houses. They clean up and the place looks like they were never there when they are done. They also did all of the doors at my parents home and even remodeled their kitchen and 3 bathrooms. All were done professionally and look fantastc. I will be using then any for my many home projects!
