sans-serif;"> Nov1, Revdex.com Case # [redacted] – [redacted] To Revdex.com: In response to the complaint by Mr [redacted] , Preferred Homes would like to address the allegations brought to us in the complaintI will also include a fax to the Revdex.com of thirty two (32) pages showing that the allegations are incorrect As will be shown in the separate documents the delivery and set up has never been stated to any customer as free, it is included in the purchase price, stated that our price of the home, example being $89,will include the delivery, set up of home to state and manufacturer code, the installation of a new air conditioner, installed by a licensed company, the hook up of water and sewer lines to the existing water and sewage connections, the customer is to have those lines already run up to the home, and two (2) sets of steps that may or may not meet county code, depending on where the home will be delivered Harris county requires an additional electrical outlet to the front of the home, a breaker box to be installed near the air conditioner, and porches to the front and back of the homeAs stated on the “Steps after Sale” form, item six (6) and nine (9) show that the customer is responsible for these itemsDuring the conversations prior to purchase, decks may have been discussed to be added to the loan and we would then pay a contractor for building decksThe purchase agreement and the steps after the sale have no indication that decks were included to the lender and therefore are not part of the agreement to our customer The steps after the sale page two (2) shows that $1,was included in the purchase for clearing and lot prep of the propertyThere was an existing waste water system on the property, limiting where the home could be set, Preferred homes cleared, and dug out a portion of the up hill grade to get the property to meet regulations and removed a tree so that the home could be placed in the only place available There was additional work done for our customer that we initially sent a bill for but after ***, owner of the company spoke with our customer and his mother, decided to write the bill off, there is a copy of this in the extra fax We believe we have worked on all requests for repairs in a timely manor, after every email that was received, it was forwarded to the factory for their service to make repairs, and any request for repairs that we were responsible for were also taken care of in a prompt manorI [redacted] *personally call every customer when an email is forwarded to the factory to let them know that I forwarded it and if possible I will send a copy of the forwarded email to the customer at the same time it is sent to the factoryThe extra documents for the Revdex.com only, verifies work completed and signed off on by the customer Respectfully, *** [redacted] President / Owner Have a Great Day! In response to the complaint by Mr. [redacted], Preferred Homes would like to address the allegations brought to us in the complaint. I will also include a fax to the Revdex.com of thirty two (32) pages showing that the allegations are incorrect.
As will be shown in the separate documents the delivery and set up has never been stated to any customer as free, it is included in the purchase price, stated that our price of the home, example being $89,900.00 will include the delivery, set up of home to state and manufacturer code, the installation of a new air conditioner, installed by a licensed company, the hook up of water and sewer lines to the existing water and sewage connections, the customer is to have those lines already run up to the home, and two (2) sets of steps that may or may not meet county code, depending on where the home will be delivered.
Harris county requires an additional electrical outlet to the front of the home, a breaker box to be installed near the air conditioner, and porches to the front and back of the home. As stated on the “Steps after Sale” form, item six (6) and nine (9) show that the customer is responsible for these items.
