damage allegedly occurred.  We immediately contacted [redacted] and I made an appointment to meet with him that Friday, October 14, 2016.We met on Friday as agreed  and I surveyed the damage. I told him that I would give him a check for $250.00 to cover the damage and I would consider this matter closed.  He accepted and asked that the check be made out to his mother, [redacted].  I wrote the check and gave it to him at that time. I have attached a copy of the check and the back of the check that shows it was deposited and cleared the bank on October 14th, the same day as our meeting.  We considered this issue closed.We feel that we responded to this person's complaint in a timely manner and by paying him for his damages, closed this issue.
