Preferred Management

Every time I called regarding a parking issue Peter F[redacted] (manager of preferred management) talked over me, hung up on me, or mocked me, saying I was just upset because he wasn't saying what I wanted to hear. Other residents were parking in a manner that was against the bylaws and not allowing me to park near my unit. Time and time again Peter F[redacted] and his secretary were rude and very unhelpful. Over all experiences with them have been awful.
