we had an agreement for same crew to pack out and unpackThe rate charged was based on that agreementWe had agreement for 40’ container to ship our stuff- our things were
switched out into smaller trucks without our consent and neither were we informedThis was done at their convenience and at our expenseThey used unauthorized workers and they did not finish the work they were paid to doThe screen shots sent were partial conversation, fail to represent owners promise as agreed with contractThings were broken, goods missing, work poorly performed and unfinishedWe demand compensation for all our losses.Sincerely,Jin*
