Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meWe do not want to cause hardship to Peferred I know they have a good record with Revdex.com and we don't wish to damage their reputation However it would be helpful if Aurora were truthful I had repeatedly tried to contact Preferredin The phone number on their invoice dated A June 14, is ###-###-#### I tried repeatedly to contact them using that phone numberIt did not work and it is not the number they are using now I also saved a copy of my last email to Preferreddated August 14, It included a copy of their invoice Email address: [email protected] was no response to my email I gave up Then in I looked for a concrete contractor on HomeAdvisors I was pleased to see Preferred with a new phone number After repeated calls, Aurora came to our home to take a look at the problems She admitted to some issues with their old phone, email etcThe Preferredphone line does not include a corporate voice mail such as "You have reached PreferredLeave a message." So it took Aurora's response before I even knew I had reached the company I left several messages and received no responseWhen Aurora finally returned my call, she came out to look at the concrete on July I didn't hear anything for a week She finally called me back to indicate the job was more complicated than she thoughtShe said someone might be out to look at it on SaturdayWe never heard from her or from the person she said would be calling usWhen I told Aurora someone would be home, my husband was at home Perhaps the person didn't ring the door bell; perhaps my husband was downstairs in his office and didn't hear it At any rate, the Preferredrep has taken a look at the job and we have talkedHe is coming to our house this Friday, July 21, to explain his solution When we learn the details of of the solution, I'll let you know

Preferred Construction never received any notice of problems with this project until June Email and phone numbers have stayed the same, but no correspondence was received When I was contacted through HomeAdvisor, I set a time up to meet on site to view the projectI took photos
and spoke to my supplier after the holiday weekend I was not happy with his opinion on the project as it would require tearing up the front of the homeowners house I started looking into other options, but became ill before I could finish I was out for week and then began returning phone calls and emails This included calls to Pam to set up a time to have one of my on-site guys go out and for his professional opinion about options for the fix I had missed calls from the homeowner, Pam, and no emails during the time I was out. After that call, we received notice that the customer had complained to Revdex.com We still had a guy go out on-site and he had options to do the repairs that would not disturb the homeowners entryway and landscaping We even suggested doing this at little to no cost to the homeowner Each time the homeowner needs to be reached, a message must be left, but we understand that it is and we wait for a return call When we had someone on-site, no one answered the door at the home, although the homeowner states that she and her husband were both home We have been addressing this homeowner's issues as soon as it was brought to our attention We have held an A+ rating with Revdex.com and stars with HomeAdvisor because we do not ignore our customers We are very distressed by this complaint and would like it removed immediately

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We do not want to cause hardship to Peferred1.  I know they have a good record with Revdex.com and we don't wish to damage their reputation.  However it would be helpful if Aurora were truthful.  I had repeatedly tried to contact Preferred1 in 2015.  The phone number on their invoice dated A June 14, 2014 is ###-###-####.  I tried repeatedly to contact them using that phone number. It did not work and it is not the number they are using now.  I also saved a copy of my last email to Preferred1 dated August 14, 2015. It included a copy of their invoice.  Email address: [email protected]. There was no response to my email.  I gave up.  Then in 2016 I looked for a concrete contractor on HomeAdvisors.  I was pleased to see Preferred 1 with a  new phone number.  After repeated calls, Aurora came to our home to take a look at the problems.  She admitted to some issues with their old phone, email etc. The Preferred1 phone line does not include a corporate voice mail such as "You have reached Preferred1 Leave a message." So it took Aurora's response before I even knew I had reached the company.  I left several messages and received no response. When Aurora finally returned my call, she came out to look at the concrete on July 11.  I didn't hear anything for a week.  She finally called me back to indicate the job was more complicated than she thought. She said someone might be out to look at it on Saturday. We never heard from her or from the person she said would be calling us. When I told Aurora someone would be home, my husband was at home.  Perhaps the person didn't ring the door bell; perhaps my husband was downstairs in his office and didn't hear it.  At any rate, the Preferred1 rep has taken a look at the job and we have talked. He is coming to our house this Friday, July 21, to explain his solution.   When we learn the details of of the solution, I'll let you know.
