Just as a heads upThis is an unresolved issueYesterday I joined fanpicks.com for the first timeThere site had hiccups which didn't let players make changes to lineups about minutes before kickoff all the way to the end of the gamesNo money has been refunded yet but the service was quick in acknowleding the problemI have sent the following email and will see the responseI logged in this morning and I am seeing the contests as graded even with yesterdays technical issuesI couldn't get on to make lineup switches or to do anythingJust a blank site??? Can someone please get these contests refundedThe same thing happened with [redacted] a year or back and they refunded everyones accounts because they realized no one was given a fair shot to enter lineupsAgain I will be on the site everyday and bigger money tournaments but make this right on my endThanks!
A year after I joined the site, Fanpicks updated their Terms and Uses and declared that anyone who had accumulated an account balance over $- but had never deposited funds - forfeited the rights to any money in their account I had accumulated about $in my account (which I had earned legitimately after winning some initial freerolls) All of this money was suddenly taken away
To be clear this condition did not exist when I first joined the site and the money was taken with no prior warning This site is a scam!! I'm still shocked that my account is empty
