two items in question: grading and sod, and a door that needed staining and installedGrading and sod was completed two weeks ago with buyers satisfaction and the door was stained and is being installed tomorrow August 25th and that has been confirmed with Mr*** to let us gain access to the homeI will email you again after the door installation has been completedWe will make sure Mr*** confirms completion with you as well

I am rejecting this response because:
When I originally selected the cabinets I had selected Oak in a dark stain with a certain styleSomewhere along the way the company changed my order because the Oak was no longer available in the dark stain, but no one forwarded that information onto myself and instead changed the cabinet type to birchBirch and oak are obviously very different species of wood and when the birch cabinets were delivered it took weeks to get them to agree to change them and weeks to get new ones orderedThis has postponed the original promised close date by months! This is of the many problems/errors that were discovered with the process of the building of the house

seriously. Per your letter [redacted] is buying a Home from us. Upon a customer signing a purchase agreement they go through and fill out a spec sheet with selections from our options. This is Done between the Realitor and the Buyer. She Requseted a Cabinet off our selection and wanted it to come in a diffrent wood species if possible.  The cabinets were ordered and delivered. She did not want Birch She wanted Oak Finish we dont offer that nor does our supplier have that option. I received a call from [redacted] that they were the wrong cabinets. I then called realitor and met him to look at the selection she ordered off. It was the one that was listed on the Spec Sheet the diffrence was the wood species. We then proceeded to install cabinets being it was on the spec sheet. [redacted] then called and stated that she was really unhappy and was not going to except the cabinet. Myself and our vice President Jeff [redacted] then met and decide that it was in Preferred Builders Best Intrust to Order new Cabinets for the Homeowner.  [redacted] then picked out new cabinets in which we dont offer in our selections. We agreed that if she wanted them cabinets it would be a $1,000. upcharge.  She signed the addendum and we ordered them and are currently awaiting there delivery. As far as the Cabinet supplier telling her there is no upcharge that is irrelivant being she signed the addendum. However we receive bulk pricing for the cabinets we offer through our supplier. So being we are ordering something not on bulk pricing guide we loose that. Thats where the upcharge comes into play. Preferred Builders has done everthing in our power to help this situation.
