I purchased a transmission through Turner & Son's, at which time they explained that there was a warranty that started once the transmission was installed in the carThe company wrote me a hand written receipt and said that they would not charge me taxes and keep the sale "off the books" since I was paying in cashThey were to drop the transmission off at my mechanic's shop within 2-daysThe transmission was never dropped off, at least a week laterThe mechanic discovered further damage as he was preparing for the delivery of the transmission so I had no need for the transmission, as the total repair would have been too priceyTurner & Son's refuses to give me the money back for the transmission that they still have in their possessionI was told that they would try to help me sell the part, but would not refund me the moneyHow can you not give me the money back for a part that was never delivered, or picked up? Turner & Son's still has my money and the transmission
